This beautiful Inukshuk brooch is crafted from our finest Canadian Nephrite Polar jade.

This Canadian Nephrite Jade Inukshuk brooch was the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic's symbol.

Polar Jade™ described as 'the brightest, most translucent, hardest, greenest nephrite ever discovered” (Fred Ward).

This brooch measures approximately 1.3"x 1.44 "(33 x 27.5mm).

An inukshuk is an Inuit word that translated means "stone man that points the way."

Inukshuks are stone cairns that were erected by Inuit at prominent locations throughout the barrens to serve as hunting and navigational aids, coordination points and message centres or sacred places.

This striking jade brooch comes complete with a handcrafted wooden gift box.

All of our jade is 100% natural and untreated.

Please note that all natural stones are subject to variances in color, texture and size. Also note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort the actual color.
